This weeks topic will be easy exercises that anybody can do at home!

A full body workout does not require a gym, just your own home!

The following workouts should only take about ten minutes and are encouraged at least 5 days a week.

Each of the following workouts require ten reps in each.
1st workout-   Step 1.Plie squat   Step 2.Plie squat

2nd Workout- Step 1. Wall push-up  Step 2.Wall push-up

3rd Workout- Step 1.Reverse Fly   Step 2.Reverse fly

4th Workout- Step 1. Straight-Arm Plank  Step 2.Straight-arm plank

5th Workout- Step 1.Side-lying push-up Step 2.  Side-lying push-up


Try these workouts throughout the week and keep in mind the important of last weeks topic, Stretching!
