This weeks topic will be easy exercises that anybody can do at home!
A full body workout does not require a gym, just your own home!
The following workouts should only take about ten minutes and are encouraged at least 5 days a week.
Each of the following workouts require ten reps in each.
1st workout- Step 1.
Step 2.
2nd Workout- Step 1.
Step 2.
3rd Workout- Step 1.
Step 2.
4th Workout- Step 1.
Step 2.
5th Workout- Step 1.
Step 2. 
Try these workouts throughout the week and keep in mind the important of last weeks topic, Stretching!
